About Nova

Nova is the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at KKBC. She oversees internal operations, coordinates executive activities across departments, and manages core administrative and organizational functions. Nova began her career in global human resource management, building a solid foundation through diverse HR roles across multiple organizations. She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, leading multicultural teams and fostering collaboration and talent development to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid progression to roles with broader responsibilities demonstrated her leadership and ability to drive organizational success. A notable achievement in Nova’s career was leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resources Manager at the Technology University. This initiative, crucial amid the COVID-19 pandemic, streamlined the HR framework and delivered meaningful cost savings. Her leadership in implementing innovative remote-work policies significantly boosted employee engagement and productivity, especially during challenging times. With more than a decade of industry experience, Nova has honed expertise in workforce management, employee relations, organizational development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, compliance, and best practices. These capabilities position her to navigate complex challenges and elevate organizational excellence, aligning closely with KKBC’s goals. Nova’s passion for fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration in the workplace is evident outside of work, where she enjoys traveling and exploring diverse cultures, scenery, and cuisines.
